Double victory for SCHERER SPORT PHX at the 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers

H&R congratulates its partner SCHERER SPORT PHX on an impressive weekend on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife.
The new Porsche 911 GT3 R with the name ‘Sally’ took two victories in the qualifying races for the legendary 24-hour race – an impressive performance in a strong field.

On Saturday, Laurens Vanthoor and Patric Niederhauser secured first place in challenging conditions in the rain. Despite changeable weather conditions, driver and team kept a cool head – and in the end a well-deserved lead. Their success on Sunday underlined their consistency: after a clever tyre change and a strong chase to catch up, the duo celebrated their second victory in a row.

The debut of SCHERER SPORT PHX in the ADAC GT Masters was also a complete success: Nico Hantke and Denis Bulatov finished in an excellent second place in the Audi R8 LMS – an all-round successful weekend for the entire team.
